{"id":7725,"date":"2021-07-16T09:40:08","date_gmt":"2021-07-16T09:40:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.geotren.es\/blog\/?p=7725"},"modified":"2021-07-16T12:57:18","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T12:57:18","slug":"descripcion-resumida-del-estudio-de-viabilidad-de-la-reapertura-almendricos-guadix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.geotren.es\/blog\/descripcion-resumida-del-estudio-de-viabilidad-de-la-reapertura-almendricos-guadix\/","title":{"rendered":"Descripci\u00f3n resumida del Estudio de Viabilidad de la reapertura de la l\u00ednea Almendricos &#8211; Guadix"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el a\u00f1o 2017 se encomend\u00f3 a la empresa p\u00fablica INECO, la redacci\u00f3n de un estudio de viabilidad sobre la reapertura, reacondicionamiento o reconstrucci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea cerrada en 1985 entre la localidad granadina de Guadix y la murciana de Almendricos. Hemos decidido escribir este post ya que en la actualidad se ha vuelto a encomendar por parte del Ministerio de Fomento la redacci\u00f3n de un nuevo estudio, m\u00e1s pormenorizado y detallado, vinculado al mismo planteamiento original,  cuyas pinceladas vamos a describir en este post. Toda la informaci\u00f3n de este estudio ha sido obtenida de la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica sobre este corredor que se puede encontrar f\u00e1cilmente en el<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mitma.gob.es\/ferrocarriles\/estudio-de-viabilidad-del-corredor-ferroviario-lorca-granada\" target=\"_blank\"> siguiente enlace<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vamos a describir las caracter\u00edsticas principales de las tres alternativas correspondientes al estudio de viabilidad del a\u00f1o 2017. La primera pincelada de este estudio es que indica tres soluciones b\u00e1sicas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) <strong>Alternativa base:<\/strong> Usar la infraestructura existente con mejoras puntuales que aumenten la velocidad media de circulaci\u00f3n y tengan en cuenta los PGOU de ampliaci\u00f3n urbana de las localidades ( principalmente Baza y las localidades de las variantes del Almanzora )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) <strong>Variante de Baza<\/strong> : Importante modificaci\u00f3n de trazado que se puede mezclar con el trazado de la alternativa base en la zona de la localidad Granadina que aleje el ferrocarril del actual paso muy encajonado y que conlleva la construcci\u00f3n de un t\u00fanel por esta localidad, teniendo en cuenta los futuros desarrollos del PGOU de la localidad en la zona norte de \u00e9sta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) <strong>Variante del Almanzora <\/strong>: Importante modificaci\u00f3n de trazado en varios tramos que haga compatible el desarrollo urbano e industrial  de las localidades de la zona con la mejora de trazado y de las consecuentes velocidades m\u00e1ximas de circulaci\u00f3n y de la problem\u00e1tica del trazado actual en esta zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#a30009\" class=\"has-inline-color\">En rojo fino , el trazado actual<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#0063a3\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>En azul grueso, la nueva alternativa base<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#a3009b\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>En Rosa, la Variante de Baza<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#22a300\" class=\"has-inline-color\">En Verde, la variante del Almanzora<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure data-wp-context=\"{&quot;imageId&quot;:&quot;69e5e77e352b3&quot;}\" data-wp-interactive=\"core\/image\" data-wp-key=\"69e5e77e352b3\" class=\"wp-block-image size-large wp-lightbox-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-wp-class--hide=\"state.isContentHidden\" data-wp-class--show=\"state.isContentVisible\" data-wp-init=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on--click=\"actions.showLightbox\" data-wp-on--load=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-window--resize=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" src=\"https:\/\/imagizer.imageshack.com\/img924\/2734\/pLZZWh.png\" alt=\"\"\/><button\n\t\t\tclass=\"lightbox-trigger\"\n\t\t\ttype=\"button\"\n\t\t\taria-haspopup=\"dialog\"\n\t\t\taria-label=\"Agrandar\"\n\t\t\tdata-wp-init=\"callbacks.initTriggerButton\"\n\t\t\tdata-wp-on--click=\"actions.showLightbox\"\n\t\t\tdata-wp-style--right=\"state.imageButtonRight\"\n\t\t\tdata-wp-style--top=\"state.imageButtonTop\"\n\t\t>\n\t\t\t<svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" fill=\"none\" viewBox=\"0 0 12 12\">\n\t\t\t\t<path fill=\"#fff\" d=\"M2 0a2 2 0 0 0-2 2v2h1.5V2a.5.5 0 0 1 .5-.5h2V0H2Zm2 10.5H2a.5.5 0 0 1-.5-.5V8H0v2a2 2 0 0 0 2 2h2v-1.5ZM8 12v-1.5h2a.5.5 0 0 0 .5-.5V8H12v2a2 2 0 0 1-2 2H8Zm2-12a2 2 0 0 1 2 2v2h-1.5V2a.5.5 0 0 0-.5-.5H8V0h2Z\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/svg>\n\t\t<\/button><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f3mo se puede ver,  ya se plantea un  cambio sustancial en las alternativas planteadas sobre el trazado de la l\u00ednea abandonada, y en muchos casos IRRECUPERABLE. M\u00e1s adelante hablaremos de las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas simuladas de estos nuevos trazados, descritas en este estudio de INECO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para entender las caracter\u00edsticas fundamentales de este estudio y de sus tres posibles trazados vamos a analizar plano por plano desde Guadix hasta Almedricos las opciones propuestas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SALIDA \/>\n\t\t\t<\/svg>\n\t\t<\/button><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> C\u00f3mo se puede observar en la salida de Guadix, se desestima totalmente al trazado sinuoso y con velocidades m\u00e1ximas muy limitadas y se plantea un nuevo trazado con tres t\u00faneles , 5 viaductos y salto del carnero con la l\u00ednea actual de Moreda a Almer\u00eda, aumentando considerablemente los radios de las curvas del trazado y a su vez su velocidad m\u00e1xima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GUADIX-BAZA 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure data-wp-context=\"{&quot;imageId&quot;:&quot;69e5e77e35d99&quot;}\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/svg>\n\t\t<\/button><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En este punto la alternativa base solventa uno de los grandes problemas de esta l\u00ednea  a su paso por el Arroyo Gor. Este punto siempre  fue un reto , desde su construcci\u00f3n en el siglo XIX, para los ingenieros que, tuvieron que realizar un enorme puente met\u00e1lico ( en la foto se puede observar el puente y norte la de la Variante de Baza y la que contin\u00faa el trazado existente la del paso por Baza de la alternativa base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PASO POR BAZA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure un t\u00fanel urbano, que minimice el impacto del paso de ferrocarril por la localidad, ya que desde 1985 a d\u00eda de hoy la ciudad ha crecido de forma tal que es inviable el paso del ferrocarril sin un impacto enorme en esta localidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La otra opci\u00f3n conlleva una variante hacia el norte ( y por lo tanto la construcci\u00f3n de una hipot\u00e9tica nueva estaci\u00f3n sobre este nueva trazado, tema que se escapa de este estudio de viabilidad ). Se plantean dos alternativas claras, un nuevo trazado ( variante de Almanzora ) o una mejora sustancial del trazado cl\u00e1sico que haga cumplir con los objetivos de tener un ferrocarril competitivo, asumiendo que el trazado cl\u00e1sico no los cumple a d\u00eda de hoy.  En las siguientes im\u00e1genes s\u00f3lo se van a detallar los aspectos constructivos de la alternativa base ( desmontes, viaductos, t\u00faneles, terraplenes ), y mostrando s\u00f3lo el trazado la variante de Almanzora, cuyos aspectos constructivos puedes ser consultados en el <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mitma.gob.es\/recursos_mfom\/5.1_planta_general.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">siguiente enlace <\/a>. C\u00f3mo se puede ver ambos trazados discurren en paralelo, con grandes dificultades ortogr\u00e1ficas. Al igual que pasaba con la alternativa de Baza, la alternativa de Almanzora implica en la mayor\u00eda de los casos la necesaria construcci\u00f3n de una o varias estaciones ya que las actuales se Actualmente est\u00e1 en ejecuci\u00f3n el corredor mediterr\u00e1neo en su subtramo Murcia &#8211; Almer\u00eda &#8211; Granada, lo que conlleva que la financiaci\u00f3n de esta obra se escapa de los corredores TEN, de transporte financiados por la UE.
