NUEVO MAPA DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS FERROVIARIAS DE ESPAÑA (DICIEMBRE 2020)

Tras muchos meses sin grandes novedades en cuanto a la puesta en servicio de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias, se acaba de poner en servicio un tramo fundamental de la LAV Madrid Galicia. Hablamos del tramo Zamora Puebla de Sanabria. Hemos decidido actualizar el Mapa de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias, que llevamos actualizando desde hace años en este blog.

    Spain and the EU cannot afford any more HS lines. They are not wanted either, Murcia-Alicante – people would have preferred an upgrading of the existing line. Improve Cercanisas and integrate with other Public Transport.

    It’s not necessary more HS lines – except Bilbao -. But the mainly issue in Spain is related with the general lines for containers and other products by rail. Currently only 4% are delivered by rail and it’s the lowest percentage compare with the rest of big countries in Europe – like Germany or France -. This is the key for improving the logistic infrastructure in Spain.
